- 可作有机溶剂、反应介质及有机合成中间体。用途极广。本品具有很高的选择性抽提能力,用作丙烯酸树脂及聚砜树酯的聚合和缩合溶剂、聚丙烯腈及乙酸纤维的聚合抽丝溶剂、烷烃与芳烃分离的抽提溶剂、用于芳烃、丁二烯抽提,腈纶纺丝、塑料溶剂及有机合成染料、制药等工业的反应介质。在医药方面,二甲基亚砜有消炎止痛作用,对皮肤有强渗透力,因而可溶解某些药物,使这类药物向人体渗透从而达到治疗目的。利用二甲基亚砜的这种载体特性,也可作为农药的添加剂。在某些农药中添加少量二甲基亚砜,有助于农药向植物内渗透,以提高药效。二甲基亚砜还可作为合成纤维的染色溶剂、去染剂、染色载体,也可作为回收乙炔、二氧化硫的吸收剂,合成纤维改性剂,防冻剂以及电容介质、刹车油、稀有金属提取剂等。

- 回收方法:二甲基亚砜(简称DMSO)作为溶剂时必须考虑回收,降低生产成本。可以利用DMSO易溶于水、苯、甲苯产生缔合物的特点,一般采用萃取和反萃取的方法与其他杂质分离,然后减压精馏得纯品。如:DMSO与无机盐的混合物,用甲苯从混合物中抽出,再向抽出液中加水反萃取DMSO,得到的DMSO水溶液在(1.33~2.00)×103Pa残压下精馏, 得到含量99%以上的DMSO。在芳烃抽提时,正萃取从重整油中抽出芳烃,再向抽出液中加水反萃取,得到含水DMSO,再减压精馏得到纯DMSO。此外,尚有用磷酸二氢钾盐析的方法,用甲醇、乙醇萃取的回收方法,在特定的条件下可以采用。小批量用户不便于回收时可集中起来委托生产厂回收。 DMSO回收的基本途径是减压精馏,但是要满足两个条件,首先是温度必须在120度以下,否则会有安全问题,并且降低回收率.另外一个问题是体系的PH值,比较合适的值是PH=8,这里有设备的安全问题及DMSO本身的分解条件都适合于以上PH值.我用的塔是碳钢的,7-8块塔板,回流比3-2就可以.一般可以达到98-99%含量,装置是2000L的.效果很好的。 半连续减压精馏法回收酮康唑生产中二甲基亚砜的方法,步骤如下:(1)将原料打入精馏塔釜中,当液位达到1/3时,开始加热;(2)当精馏塔顶温达到60℃时,打开内回流冷却器和真空系统;(3)真空度达到0.1~0.15×10↑[4]Pa时,控制精馏塔顶出料:当顶温达到65℃时,精馏塔顶出料为半成品;当顶温达到80℃时,并发现顶温迅速上升,塔顶出料为二甲亚砜;(4)直到温度达到110℃;放空、停止加热;(5)放出塔釜中残液。
