- 用途七:戊二醛是仅次于乙二醛的最重要的饱和直链脂肪族二元醛。戊二醛被誉为第三代化学灭菌剂,同时还是一种优良的鞣革剂、蛋白质交联剂、高效杀菌消毒剂、生物酶和细胞的组织固化剂。广泛应用于医药、卫生、石油化工、轻工业部门以及科研领域。
- 用途一:杀菌消毒剂、鞣革剂、木材防腐剂,药物和高分子合成原料等。
- 非凝固型固定剂:戊二醛能与蛋白质分子的氨基和肽键连接形成交连;是最常用的非凝固型固定剂。可以部分保持酶和蛋白质的活性。固定能力比甲醛强。常用于电镜制片的固定;用缓冲液配制。
- 方法三:由丙烯醛与乙烯基乙醚环合为2-乙氧基-3,4-二氢吡喃加入反应锅内,密闭搅拌1h,静置半小时,即得戊二醛溶液,将乙醇蒸出,使成25%溶液。或加碳酸氢钠中和,以食盐饱和,然后用乙醚提取2次,回收乙醚后,减压蒸馏,收集75-81℃(2kPa)馏分,获得纯的产品。另外,将吡啶还原成二氢吡啶,再用羟胺处理得到戊二肟,最后用亚硝酸钠和盐酸使戊二肟反应为戊二醛。该法转率可达90%。

- 含量分析:0.5mol/L盐酸胲溶液的制备取盐酸胲35.0g于1L容量瓶中,用水溶解后定容混合。 0.5mol/L三乙醇胺液的制备 取98%三乙醇胺65ml(74g),放人一1L容量瓶中,用水稀释后定容并混合。 操作 将盐酸胲溶液(足够供分析空白和试样的量)中和至pH为3.60。用一适当的滴定器用三乙醇胺溶液进行滴定(注意:在中和和分析过程中始终保持同样的搅拌速度)。 于二只滴定杯中各加已中和的盐酸胲溶液65.0ml,在每只杯上装一涂有聚四氟乙烯的搅拌器,经自动滴定管,在每一只滴定杯中加入已中和的三乙醇胺液30.8ml,加盖,搅拌。用一已称重的移液管,吸取一定量的试样,约等于戊二醛300mg,加于一杯子中。经充分混合后,将试样液和空白样液在室温下至少维持60min,但不超过90min。 用0.5mol/L盐酸将试样和空白样滴定至pH为3.60,测定终点电位差。按下式计算试样中戊二醛质量百分含量: 戊二醛(%)=[c(B-A)(0.05006)/W]100 式中 B和A——分别为空白和试样液所耗盐酸的体 积,ml; c——盐酸的浓度,mol/L; 0.05006——戊二醛摩尔质量,g; W——?试样质量,g。
- 用途六:戊二醛被誉为继甲醛和环氧乙烷消毒之后化学消毒灭菌剂发展史上的第三个里程碑。作为生产戊二醛系列杀菌剂的原液,戊二醛(111-30-8)系列杀菌剂具有甲醇含量低,无致歧变、无积毒的特点,广泛用于消毒灭菌、制药等行业. 戊二醛(111-30-8)属高效消毒剂,具有广谱、高效、低毒、对金属腐蚀性小、受有机物影响小、稳定性好等特点。适用于医疗器械和耐湿忌热的精密仪器的消毒与灭菌。其灭菌浓度为2%,市售戊二醛主要有:2%碱性戊二醛和2%强化酸性戊二醛两种。碱性戊二醛常用于医疗器械灭菌,使用前应加入适量碳酸氢钠,摇匀后,静置1小时,测定pH值。PH在7.5-8.5时,戊二醛的杀菌作用最强。 戊二醛杀菌(111-30-8)是其单体的作用,当溶液的pH达到6
