  • 方法一:亚磷酸三甲酯的合成主要分直接法和间接法两大类。 (1)直接酯化法 以有机碱为缚酸剂,由三氯化磷和甲醇在惰性溶剂中进行反应制得。根据缚酸剂的不同,又分为氨法、叔胺一氨法、氨基甲酸铵法等,目前以叔胺一氨法为常用的方法。 PCl 3 +CH 3 OH+C 6 H 5 N(CH 3 ) 2 [二甲苯]→(CH 3 O) 3 P+C 6 H 5 N(CH 3 ) 2 ·HCl C 6 H 5 N(CH 3 ) 2 ·HCl+NH 3 →C 6 H 5 N(CH 3 ) 2 +NH 4 Cl 以叔胺(如N,N-二甲基苯胺)为缚酸剂,将甲醇和溶剂邻二氯苯按比例混配,搅拌并冷却至5℃以下,滴加三氯化磷(溶于二甲苯中,含量为33%左右),控制反应温度不超过25℃,并用氨控制pH=6。滴完后用氨中和至pH=8~9,然后真空蒸馏,最终得到亚磷酸三甲酯产品,含量为95%,收率85%(以三氯化磷计)。生成的叔胺盐酸盐用氨解析出,得到副产物氯化铵,经处理可作农用肥料。 国内对亚磷酸三甲酯合成工艺进行了许多研究和改进,如安徽省化工研究院开发的新工艺以三乙胺为缚酸剂,液碱为中和剂,在溶剂中直接连续合成。整个工艺(包括合成、水洗、分层、脱水干燥、精馏等工序)均实现连续化,降低了劳动强度,提高了产品质量,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。 (2)间接法(即酯交换法) 先由三氯化磷与苯酚进行反应合成亚磷酸三苯酯,再在碱性催化剂存在下与甲醇进行酯交换,得到亚磷酸三甲酯。 PCl 3 +3C 6 H 5 OH(过量)→(C
