- 方法二:其制备方法是对硝基氯苯进行还原得到对氯苯胺,有铁粉还原、加氢还原和锌粉还原等几种方法。 铁粉还原 将对氯硝基苯、水和铁屑混合并加热至 95℃,对氯硝基苯完全溶化后滴加浓盐酸,调节滴加速度,使温度保持在25℃,滴加完毕后继续反应25h,冷却,加入过量氢氧化钠,使溶液呈碱性,蒸馏油层即得产品。 加氢还原法 将对氯硝基苯和乙醇按质量比1∶1.5混合,加入兰尼镍 (由100目镍铝二元合金制得)作催化剂,于温度为 50~70℃、压力 2.94~3.43 MPa、介质 pH
