- 方法三:苯酚最早是从煤焦油回收,目前绝大部分是采用合成方法。到20世纪60年代中期,开始采用异丙苯法生产苯酚、丙酮的技术路线,已发展占世界苯酚产量的一半,目前采用该工艺生产的苯酚已占世界苯酚产量的90%以上。其他生产工艺有甲苯氯化法、氯苯法、磺化法。我国的生产方法有异丙苯法和磺化法两种。由于磺化法消耗大量硫酸和烧碱,我国也将只保留少数磺化法装置,逐步以异丙苯法生产为主。1.磺化法以苯为原料,用硫酸进行磺化生成苯磺酸,用亚硫酸中和,再用烧碱进行碱熔,经磺化和减压蒸馏等步骤而制得。原料消耗定额:纯苯1004kg/t、硫酸(98%)1284kg/t、亚硫酸钠1622kg/t、烧碱(折100%)1200kg/t。2.异丙苯法丙烯与苯在三氯化铝催化剂作用下生成异丙苯,异丙苯经氧化生成氢过氧化异丙苯,再用硫酸或树脂分解。同时得到苯酚和丙酮。每吨苯酚约联产丙酮0.6t。原料消耗定额:苯1150kg

- 防护措施:大鼠经口LD50为530mg/kg。苯酚蒸气在较冷空气中凝成粉尘。接触皮肤能引起中毒。皮肤接触苯酚水溶液或纯苯酚时很快受到刺激产生局部麻醉,进而变成溃疡。一般急性中毒有虚弱感,呈现眩晕,耳鸣,出虚汗。在体内可损伤肾脏。生产现场设备应密闭。操作人员应穿戴防护用具。工作场所空气中最高容许浓度5ppm。
- 常规方法:用镀锌铁桶包装,每桶200kg,贮存在低于35℃、干燥、通风的仓库内,严禁日晒雨淋,隔离火源、热源,防止猛烈撞击,贮存期为三个月。禁止与火药、氧化性物质如过氧化物等一起运输。

- 与浓溴水的反应:苯酚与溴水的取代反应,由于苯酚能溶解难溶于水的三溴苯酚,为了防止没有反应完的苯酚对三溴苯酚的溶解作用,实验时要使用浓溴水,最好用饱和溴水。同时,苯酚水溶液要尽量稀一些。实验时还应注意控制溴水的用量,因过量的浓溴水会跟三溴苯酚反应生成黄色沉淀,因此,溴水的量也不要过多。当出现白色沉淀时,立即停止加溴水,如果改向溴水中滴加苯酚,生成的沉淀不会溶解。
