- 方法二:由环氧乙烷与氨反应得到二乙醇胺,同时也得到一乙醇胺和三乙醇胺。将环氧乙烷、氨水送入反应器中,在反应温度30-40℃,反应压力70.9-304kPa下,进行缩合反应生成一、二、三乙醇胺混合液,在90-120℃下经脱水浓缩后,送入三个减压精馏塔进行减压蒸馏,按不同沸点截取馏分,则可得纯度达99%的一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺和三乙醇胺成品。在反应过程中,如加大环氧乙烷比例,则二、三乙醇胺生成比例增大,可提高二、三乙醇胺的收率。
- 用途四:二乙醇胺主要用作CO2、H2S和SO2等酸性气体吸收剂、非离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、擦光剂、工业气体净化剂、润滑剂。在洗发剂和轻型去垢剂内用作增稠剂泡沫改进剂,在合成纤维和皮革生产中用作柔软剂。二乙醇胺与70%硫酸作用,脱水环化生成吗啉(即1,4-氧氮杂环己烷)。吗啉和二乙醇胺都是有机合成的中间体,例如可用来生产纺织工业中某些光学漂白剂,吗啉的脂肪酸盐可用作防腐剂,吗啉还可用来生产中枢抑制药福尔可定或作为溶剂。二乙醇胺在分析化学上用作
