- 中毒:环氧氯丙烷主要经呼吸道进入人体,也可经皮肤吸收。有强烈的刺激作用及致敏作用,并有轻度麻醉及原浆毒作用。高浓度液体和蒸气对眼和呼吸道粘膜有强烈刺激作用,可引起眼刺痛、流泪、咽干、咳嗽、喘息性支气管炎以及肝肾损害,严重患者可引起粘膜坏死脱落性气管炎、支气管周围炎、肺水肿和急性肾脏损害。液体污染皮肤,可出现灼伤、大疱形成及湿疹。长期吸入低浓度的蒸气,可引起四肢肌肉酸痛、腓肠肌压痛、腿软无力、全身乏力及头晕、失眠、多梦等。严重者可发生多发性神经炎。
- 方法一:其制备方法是以丙烯为原料,在500℃氯化生成氯丙烯,氯丙烯在25~35℃温度下,与次氯酸反应,得到2,3-二氯丙醇和1,2-二氯丙醇,然后将该混合物加入20%石灰

- 用途五:环氧氯丙烷是合成甘油中间体,也是环氧树脂、硝化甘油炸药、玻璃钢、电绝缘制品的主要原料。并用作纤维素酯、树脂和纤维素醚的混剂。也是生产表面活性剂、医药、农药、涂料、胶粘剂、离子交换树脂、增塑剂、甘油衍生物、缩水甘油衍生物以及氯醇橡胶的原料。以环氧氯丙烷与双酚A为主要原料制取的各类环氧树脂具有粘合性高、收缩性小、耐化学腐蚀、稳定性好等特点,广泛用作涂料、粘合剂、增强材料和浇铸材料等。以环氧氯丙烷为原料生产的氯醇橡胶是橡胶的新品种,在一般油和普通溶剂中不易膨胀,在低温无增塑剂存在下具有较大的挠性,具有优于丁腈、氯丁和丁基橡胶的某些特有的功能。
