方法一:气相还原法将备有气化段、反应段、析出段的三个电炉的装置组装起来。中央反应部分是内径为20～25mm的石英管，在其中装入经真空加热排掉气体的木炭，两端用石英棉堵住，在石英盘里放人三氧化二砷，放到气化段，以400～500 mI/min的速度通人经提纯的氮气。将气化段保持在400℃，反应段650℃，析出段350～400℃，经反应约1h，析出单质砷，再经蒸馏，制得砷成品。
