- 防护措施:毒性较小。大鼠经口LD50为9400mg/kg。吸入致死浓度LC50为15.33g/m3。作业最高容许浓度为410mg/m3。但其嗅阈为130~250mg/m3,当其浓度尚未达产生毒性之前,其强烈臭味已使人难忍。人体皮肤接触甲基丙烯酸甲酯,只有极少数人会出现红疹。 由于生产甲基丙烯酸甲酯的原料氰化钠和中间体氰化氢剧毒,生产装置必须严格保证设备密闭,并保持良好通风,操作人员应有严格的防护措施,配备必要的防护装具。发现中毒现象应立即移至空气新鲜处及时抢救。
- 方法一:其制备方法有以下几种。 (1)丙酮氰醇法 丙酮与氰化氢反应生成丙酮氰醇,丙酮氰醇与硫酸及甲醇反应,制得甲基丙烯酸甲酯,得到的粗酯经盐析、初馏、精馏得产品。 (2)丙烯法 丙烯、一氧化碳与甲醇反应,合成中间体2-甲氧基-2-甲基丙酸甲酯,将它分解生成甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲醇。 (3)异丁烯法 将异丁烯用氧化剂在K 2 CO 3 或MnO 2 催化剂存在下氧化成甲基丙烯酸或用空气在钼催化剂存在下分两段氧化,即先氧化成甲基丙烯醛,进一步氧化成甲基丙烯酸,它再
