- 方法一:将62.49g(0.575mol)三甲基氯硅烷滴加至72.7g(0.06mol)N,N-二甲基苯胺和7g水组成的溶液中,加热回流1h。常压蒸馏,收集98-101℃馏分,经干燥即为六甲基二硅醚,得43-44g,收率92-94%。工业生产是将三甲基氯硅烷在30-40℃水解。
