• 方法一:由氯乙醇与碘化钠反应而得。将丙酮和无水碘化钠的混合物在水浴上加热回流，缓缓加入氯乙醇。加毕，继续回流12h，冷却，过滤出氯化钠结晶。然后把碘化钠加入滤液再继续回流4h，冷却，过滤，回收丙酮，将残余物在氮气保护下减压蒸馏，收集85-88℃（3.33kPa）馏分，即得2-碘乙醇。
