- Reagent for the protection of amines as their chloroacetamides. The protecting group can be removed by reaction with thiourea derivatives, forming 2-thiazolidin-4-ones as by-products: J. Am. Chem. - 方法一:其制备方法有以下几种。 以氯乙酸为原料 氯乙酸在酰氯化剂存在下稍加热,可得到氯乙酰氯,酰氯化剂有三氯化磷、光气、氯化亚砜等,一般常用三氯化磷为酰氯化剂,反应温度为50~60℃。该方法成本低,原料易得。在工业生产上也有用光气为酰氯化剂,反应方便,无三废产生,而实验室中常用氯化亚砜为酰氯化剂。此外,也可用氯乙酸氯气氯化法,该方法成本亦较低,但反应过程中有次氯酸生成。ClCH 2 COOH+Cl 2 →ClCH 2 COCl+[HOCl] 以冰醋酸为原料 将冰醋酸投入氯化锅中,慢慢加入氯磺酸,升温至60℃以上,开始通入氯气,开动搅拌,继续升温,反应温度保持在(98±3)℃,反应8h,直至反应液相对密度达1.37~1.40,停止通氯气进行冷却。 在上述反应液中投入二氯二硫,待温度降至50~60℃开始搅拌通氯气,反应温度控制在(48±3)℃,通氯气时间约5h,以回流液呈现淡黄色为终点即得粗品,最后经蒸馏而得成品。反应方程式:CH 3 COOH+Cl 2 [HSO 3 Cl]→ClCH 2 COOH+HCl 4ClCH 2 COOH+3Cl 2 [S 2 Cl 2 ]→4
