• 方法一:电化学法将碘化钠溶液加入电解槽进行电解氧化，制得碘酸钠溶液，经蒸发浓缩，冷却结晶，离心分离，干燥，制得碘酸钠氯酸钠氧化法 将碘和氯酸钠按一定配料比和水加入反应器中，用硝酸调节溶液Ph值为1～2，在搅拌下加热使溶液沸腾，反应完全并逐出氯气，将溶液冷却至室温，析出碘酸氢钠结晶，经过滤，将结晶用热水加热溶解后，加入苛性钠中和至溶液Ph值为10，再经冷却结晶，过滤，干燥，制得碘酸钠成品。其 6I2+11NaC1O3+3H2O→6NaH{IO3}2+5NaCl+3Cl2↑ NaH(IO3)2+NaOH→2NaIO3+H2O

• 受热分解。遇还原性质分解析出碘，颜色变为粉红到紫色。溶于水，水溶液呈中性，不溶于醇。
