- 来源与吸收:来源: (1)外源性来自膳食中的胆固醇。(2)内源性来源于人体自身的合成。 吸收: 胆固醇在肠内吸收,主要在肝脏、皮肤及小肠粘膜等部位合成。饮食中的胆固醇以乳糜微粒的形式吸收进入血液。胆固醇的吸收还取决于摄入量,摄入量高时就会降低吸收的百分比,人吸收胆固醇在摄入高水平时低于10%。游离胆固醇被吸收后,2/3很快与脂肪酸结合而脂化形成胆固醇酯,使脂蛋白携带胆固醇的能力增加,胆固醇进入细胞后,在溶酶体内由酸性脂酶水解脱脂。部分胆固醇在细胞内转化为类固醇。多余的胆固醇部分直接排泄至肠道;部分在肝内氧化成胆汁酸随胆汁排泄。
