- 方法一:由异丁酸经氯化得到异丁酰氯后,再经酰胺化而得。将异丁酰氯在强烈搅拌下滴加到浓氨水中,控制加料速度,使温度不超过15℃。加完后再搅拌1h,将混合物在减压下蒸发至干,残留物为异丁酰胺和氯化铵。向残留物中加入乙酸乙酯,煮沸10min,过滤,再经真空干燥而得成品。
