- 鉴别试验:溶解性溶于水。按OT-42方法测定。 在试管中取试样50mg,加间苯二酚2~3mg和硫酸lml,振摇,在130℃下加热5min后冷却。用水稀释至5ml后滴加40%氢氧化钠溶液,使溶液碱化,冷却后用水稀释至10ml。在紫外灯下可看到带绿的蓝色荧光。 在0.5g试样中加水10rnl,煮沸溶解。在此热溶液中加溴试液(TS-46)2~3滴。溴试液的颜色消失。 按IT-28试验钠,呈阳性。 1/30水溶液PH值3~4。
