- 方法三:由甲醛和氨缩合制得。将甲醛溶液置于反应器中,通氨,在碱性溶液中进行缩合反应,反应温度保持在50-70℃,料液经冷却进入液膜真空蒸发器,于60-80℃下蒸发,使其浓度从24%提高到38%-42%,然后将反应液过滤,经真空蒸发结晶,抽滤干燥即得成品乌洛托品。

- 常规方法:本品内用聚乙烯薄膜塑料袋、外用聚丙烯纤维编织袋包装,每袋净重25kg。袋上应注明防火防潮标志。应贮存于干燥、清洁、通风的仓库内,不得露天堆放。避免受潮、污染。
- 用途一:用用作树脂和塑料的固化剂、橡胶的硫化促进剂(促进剂H)、纺织品的防缩剂,并用于制杀菌剂、炸药等。药用时,内服后遇酸性尿分解产生甲醛而起杀菌作用,用于轻度尿路感染;外用于治癣、止汗、治腋臭。与烧碱和苯酚钠混合,用于防毒面具作光气吸收剂。
