  • 化学性质:二氯丙酸又称艾氏剂，是一种有机氯杀虫剂，1948年海曼(J.Hyman)合成，1949年卡恩斯(C.W.Kearns)等介绍了它的杀虫活性。纯品为白色结晶，无味，熔点104～104.5℃，密度1，56，20℃时蒸气压为99.99帕，不溶于水，中度溶于石油，易溶于丙酮、苯和二甲苯。工业原粉为棕黄色片状结晶，含有效成分95%左右，熔点为100～102℃。化学性质稳定，在有机碱、无机碱、碱性氧化剂中都很稳定，在酸性溶液中也较稳定。但在强酸、强氧化剂和苯酚中则分解失效。不燃烧，但由于贮藏时会缓慢放出氯化氢，所以有一定腐蚀性。对高等动物毒性高，大白鼠急性口服LD50为67毫克/千克，对鱼剧毒。二氯丙酸主要用于土壤处理，在土壤中易氧化成狄氏剂的剧毒有机氯杀虫剂，长时间残留于土壤中，属于土壤残留性农药。在大部分国家限制使用。二氯丙酸对昆虫有强烈的触杀和胃毒作用，熏蒸作用微弱，易挥发，残效期较滴滴涕短。

  • 有机氯农药:有机氯农药是一类用于杀灭农业和虫害的高效广谱杀虫剂，一般分为二类，一类为以苯为基本合成原料的氯化苯类，如六六六，DDT等;一类为氯化甲撑萘制剂类，其中以环戊二烯为基本原料制得的有氯丹、艾氏剂(二氯丙酸)、狄氏剂，以茨烯氯化制得的有毒杀芬等。六六六、DDT从20世纪40年代初至70年代，在全世界范围内广泛应用，具有杀虫力强，杀虫范围广、生产使用简便、价廉经济等特点，曾成为世界各国使用量最大的杀虫剂。有机氯杀虫剂不溶于水，易溶于脂肪和有机溶剂。我国于1983年停止生产滴滴涕、六六六，1984年停止使用。 有机氯农药性质稳定，在环境中不易分解，能长期在水域、土壤和生物体内贮存，并通过食物链的富集作用，造成对人体的危害。据报道，一般情况下有机氯农药在土壤中消失时间：艾氏剂(二氯丙酸)为3年，六六六为6.5年，狄氏剂为8年，DDT为10年。农药在环境中污染已相当严重，即使远在南极的企鹅，北极格陵兰冰块与那里的人体中均有微量DDT，大气中六六六漂尘使2 000米高山顶积雪都有残留，在我们生活环境中人们每天食用粮食、水果、水产、家禽都检出有机氯残留，更严重的是食物链浓缩远较自然界高800～1 000万倍。2001年在瑞典的斯德哥尔摩通过了《关于持久性有机污染物的斯德哥尔公约》，决定在全世界范围内禁用或严格限用12种有机污染物，其中包括9种为有机氯农药，即艾氏剂(二氯丙酸)、狄氏剂、异狄氏剂、氯丹、七氯、灭蚁灵、毒杀芬、六氯苯、滴滴涕。 参考资料：于维森,高汝钦,靳晓梅 主编.常见化学性食物中毒快速处置技术.
