- 稳定性及反应性:105-11-3(1,4-苯醌二肟)常温常压下稳定,易燃,高温分解。
- 用途三:用作丁基胶、天然胶、丁苯胶、聚硫“ST”型橡胶的硫化剂,特别适用于丁基胶。氧化剂(如Pb3O4,PbO2)对其有活化作用。在胶料中易分散,硫化快,硫化胶拉伸强度高。临界温度比较低,有焦烧倾向。加入某些防焦剂(如苯酐,防焦剂NA)、秋兰姆、噻唑类、二硫代氰基甲酸盐类促进剂能有效地改善操作安全性。该品有变色及污染剂,只适用于暗色制品。当用促进剂DM作活性剂时,抗焦烧性要比氧化铅好,变色性也减弱,但炭黑胶料例外。当以四氯苯醌为活性剂时,活化作用比氧化铅强得多。该品主要用于制造气囊、水胎、电线电缆的绝缘层、耐热垫圈等。用量1-2份。与氧化铅10-6份或促进剂DM4-2份配合。对苯醌二肟是测定镍的试剂。

- 用途一:用作测定镍的试剂及橡胶硫化剂
- 方法一:由苯酚亚硝化生成对亚硝基苯酚,经转位成对醌单肟,再与盐酸羟胺反应得该品。在搅拌下,慢慢将苯酚溶于30%氢氧化钠溶液,在0℃与亚硝酸钠混合,再加入30%硫酸,使温度保持在7-8℃,搅拌1h。滤出结晶,用水洗去酸性,得对亚硝基酚。再经转位,与盐酸羟胺水溶液混合,加热至70℃进行肟化反应。反应毕,过滤得对苯醌二肟。原料消耗(kg/t)苯酚 1500盐酸羟胺 1200亚硝酸钠(97%)1600
