• 属多肽抗体。无气味或微有气味,口味极苦。有吸湿性,易溶于水,能溶于乙醇、甲醇和冰乙酸、不溶于丙酮、氯仿和乙醚。在pH值9以上的碱性溶液中不稳定。酸性溶液中稳定。
• 用途:适于治疗痈疖、脓肿、痤疮、化脓性皮肤病、阿米痢疾、淋球菌和脑膜炎又球菌等感染症。对肾脏的毒性较大。
• 参考质量标准:农业部标准 原料： 含量(干基)/(U/mg) ≥40.0 水悬浮液(1+10)pH 5.5～7.5 干燥失重(60℃减压)/% ≤6.0 锌/% 4.0～10.0 砷(以As计)/% ≤0.0002 预混剂： 含量(标示量的)/% 85.0~125.0 细度(过2号筛)/% 100 干燥失重(有机质)/% ≤10.0 干燥失重(无机质)/% ≤3.0 砷(以As计)/% ≤0.0002
• 生产方法:由地衣形芽孢杆菌（Bacillus licheni formus）发酵而得。以黄豆粉，淀粉、玉米浸出物、糖蜜和无机盐为培养基，接种5%-10%，发酵30-40h。发酵7-8h后，PH从7.3-7.5降至6.06；发酵初期温度控制在30℃左右，经过2-3h温度提高到37℃。发酵结束后用浓盐酸调PH至5.5，然后在20M 3 发酵液中加入氧化锌50kg，混合30min。然后进行真空，蒸发浓缩，使干物质含量从4.5%-5%提高到17%-20%，再经喷雾干燥得产品。
