用途二:抗肿瘤药。临床上用于恶性黑色素瘤，约20-30%有效，与长春醛碱和卡氮芥合并应用，可提高疗效。此外对肺鳞癌、肉瘤、平滑肌肉瘤、纤维肉瘤亦有一定疗效。对消化道癌的疗效不佳。
