- 方法二:由间甲酚与二甲基二硫反应制备中间体对甲硫基间甲酚,再与O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯反应得到倍硫磷。1.对甲硫基间甲酚的制备将间甲酚(或混甲酚)、二甲基二硫按2:1(重量比)配料,加入反应锅,搅拌冷却至10-15℃,开始滴加浓硫酸。在1h左右滴完(用量与二甲基二硫等重量),在10-15℃继续反应3h。静置分层,弃去下层废酸。有机层用10%碳酸钠溶液中和,再用水洗涤于pH7-8。减压蒸馏回收未反应的二甲基二硫和甲酚,所剩物料即中间体对甲硫基间甲酚。2.倍硫磷的制备将20%的氢氧化钠溶液加入反应锅,搅拌冷却至25℃以下,投入上述制备的中间体,然后在10-20℃均匀滴加O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯,约30-40min滴完,三种物料的投料量按摩尔比为1.3:1:1.2。缓缓升温到60℃,保温2h,反应过程中检查pH变化情况,当pH<9时,应补加氢氧化钠溶液。反应结束后,降温至45℃,加氢氧化钠溶液洗涤,再用水洗涤,静置分层。取下层有机层减压脱水,冷却,过滤,得倍硫磷原油,含量90%,收率90%。原料消耗定额:三氯化磷(97%)1030kg/t、甲醇(99%)900kg/t、混甲酚(50%)1150kg/t、硫磺粉(95%)280kg/t、硫化钠(52%)1240kg/t、硫酸二甲酯(96%)920kg/t。

- 中毒症状:急性中毒多在12小时内发病,口服立即发病。 轻度:头痛、头昏、恶心、呕 吐、多汗、无力、胸闷、视力模糊、胃口不佳等,全血胆碱酯酶活力一般降 至正常值的70-50% 中度:除上述症状外还出现轻度呼吸困难、肌肉震颤 、瞳孔缩小、精神恍惚、行走不稳、大汗、流涎、腹疼、腹泻。重者还会出 现昏迷、抽搐、呼吸困难、口吐白沫、大小便失禁,惊厥,呼吸麻痹。
