- 产品特性:内吸广谱性硫赶式一硫代磷酸酯类杀虫剂,又称作氧化乐果。对高等动物毒性较高,对皮肤有刺激性,对蜜蜂有毒。对害虫害螨具有很强的内吸作用,也有触杀作用。
- 急救治疗:[1]用阿托品1~5mg皮下或静脉注射(按中毒轻重而定) [2]用解磷定0.4-1.2g 静脉注射(按中毒轻重而定) [3]禁用吗啡、茶硷、吩噻嗪、利血平。 [4]误服立即引吐、洗胃、导泻(清醒时才能引吐)。

- 中毒症状:急性中毒多在12小时内发病,口服立即发病。轻度:头痛、头昏、恶心、呕吐、多汗、无力、胸闷、视力模糊、胃口不佳等,全血胆碱酯酶活力一般降 至正常值的70-50%。中度:除上述症状外还出现轻度呼吸困难、肌肉震颤 、瞳孔缩小、精神恍惚、行走不稳、大汗、流涎、腹疼、腹泻。重者还会出现昏迷、抽搐、呼吸困难、口吐白沫、大小便失禁,惊厥,呼吸麻痹。
- 毒性:大鼠急性经口LD 50 为700mg/kg (7d)。工业品对大鼠急性经口LD 50 为30~60mg/kg,急性经皮LD 50 为700~1400mg/kg。鲤鱼LC 50 >500mg/L (96h)。对蜜蜂及瓢虫、食蚜蝇等有毒。
- 方法一:后氨解法 二甲基硫代磷酸铵盐的制备 将亚磷酸二甲酯与硫黄悬浮剂在25~30℃通氨反应1.5~2h制得。 O,O-二甲基-S-(甲氧羰基甲基)硫代磷酸酯的制备 将氯乙酸甲酯与二甲基硫代磷酸铵盐反应制得,加少量催化剂(如NaI),反应温度控制在55~60℃。 氧乐果的合成 O,O-二甲基-S-(甲基羰基甲基)硫代磷酸酯与一甲胺反应,温度-5~10℃,一甲胺过量,氯仿为溶剂。 先氨解法 异氰酸酯法
- 外观性质:纯品为无色透明油状液体。工业品为黄色液体。
- 注意事项:[1]啤酒花、菊科植物、高粱有些品种及烟草、枣树、桃、杏、梅树、橄榄无 花果、柑桔等作物,对稀释倍数在1500倍以下的氧乐果乳剂敏感,使用时要先做药害试验,才能确定使用

- 用途三:属高效、广谱性有机磷杀虫、杀螨剂,具有内吸、触杀、渗透和胃毒作用,可用于水稻、小麦、棉花和果树等作物
- 用途四:本品为高效、高毒、广谱性杀虫、杀螨剂,具有较强的内吸、触杀和胃毒作用。用于防治棉蚜、棉叶蝉、稻飞虱、稻叶蝉、稻蓟马、橘蚜、红蜘蛛、柑橘粉虱、木虱、红蜡蚧等。 如防治稻叶蝉、稻飞虱、稻蓟马等,每百平方米用40%乳油7.5~11.3mL,对水7.5kg喷雾。防治棉花害虫每百平方米用40%乳油7.5mL,对水7.5~10.5kg喷雾。防治矢尖蚧、糠片蚧,在若蚧发生盛期,用40%乳油1000~2000倍液喷雾。
- 可燃性危险特性:明火可燃; 受热放出有毒氧化磷、氧化氮、氧化硫气体
- 方法二:可采用异氰酸酯法、先胺解法或后胺解法等。后胺解法是先用三氯化磷、甲醇制成亚磷酸二甲酯,再加入定量硫黄粉后通氨反应得到二甲基硫代磷酸铵,再与氯乙酸甲酯缩合成硫代磷酸酯。然后在低温下与一甲胺进行胺解反应生成氧化乐果原油。后胺解法得到的原油含氧化乐果70%以上,以三氯化磷计收率42%。市售的氧化乐果为40%乳油。原料消耗定额:三氯化磷710kg/t、甲醇490kg/t、氯乙酸甲酯(90%)690kg/t、一甲胺(40%)350kg/t、硫磺155kg/t、液氨110kg/t。

- 用途:氧乐果主要用于防治刺吸式口器害虫和植食性螨类,杀虫谱及药效高于乐果。防治已对乐果及其他有机磷杀虫剂产生抗药性的蚜、螨有特效,也能防治卷叶蛾等咀嚼式口器害虫。氧乐果乳油对水常量喷雾,可防治谷
