- 上游原料:盐酸 --> 甲醇 --> 硝酸 --> 氯化亚铜 --> 间甲酚 --> 二甲基硫 --> 硝酸钠 -->
- 方法一:4-硝基间甲酚的制备 由间甲酚经亚硝化、氧化制得。亚硝化反应是将间甲酚与严硝酸钠水溶液,在15%~20%硫酸中反应,控制温度10~15℃。氧化反应是将严硝基间甲酚用稀硝酸进行氧化,加酸速度先慢后快,反应温度35~38℃,加毕在44~46℃保温3h,经离心水洗,使pH值达3~4,制得4-硝基间甲酚。 O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯的制备 O-甲基硫代磷酰二氯的合成速度很快,在醇过量情况下能使反应进行到底,副产氯化氢用负压排除,主要工艺参数:投料比为5:1,反应温度(-5±2)℃,水洗温度(5±5)℃,加水量(水洗)为投料量×0.7,收率95%~98%,含量>;95%。 O,O-二甲硫代磷酰氯的合成需碱性存在时进行。用醇碱法生产时主要工艺参数:投料比为甲基硫代磷酰二氯:甲醇:碱=1:5:1.08,反应温度-4~0℃,终点pHWFHG9.5~10,水洗加水量为投料量×0.7,以甲基硫代磷酰二氯计收率85%~90%,含量95%。 文献报道, O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯合成可在偶极非质子溶剂中进行;将84g甲基硫代磷酰二氯(0.5mol)、48g甲醇 (1.5mol)、60g非质子溶剂混合后,于≤5℃、60~90min内滴加0.55mol30%氢氧化
- 用途四:杀螟松对水稻、大豆、棉花、果树、蔬菜等多种作物害虫均有良好的防治效果,尤为防治水稻螟虫特效药。如大螟、二化螟、三化螟、稻飞虱、稻叶蝉、蚜虫、红蜘蛛、棉铃虫、大豆食心虫、茶天蠖等,每亩施用50-75g(有效成分),防治效要良好,但杀螨卵效果较小。该品对十字花科蔬菜有时发生药害。
- 急性毒性:口服-大鼠 LD50: 250 毫克/公斤; 口服-小鼠 LD50: 229 毫克/公斤

- 方法二:由 O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯与4-硝基间甲酚([2581-34-2])在碱性条件下缩合而得。将甲苯加入缩合反应锅,搅拌下投入4-硝基间甲酚,碳酸钠和氯化亚铜,在95-97℃时投入O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯,在90℃以上反应3h,然后过滤,取甲苯层依次用氢氧化钠溶液、水洗涤,减压蒸馏回收甲苯后得杀螟松原油,含量90%。当采用摩尔配比4-销基间甲酚:O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯:碳酸钠=1:1.1:1,甲苯用量约为4-硝基间甲酚的3倍(重量),氯化亚铜约为4-硝基间甲酚的2%(重量)时,杀螟松收率95%以上。所得原油有效成分含量优级品不低于93.0%,一级品≥85.0%原料消耗定额:间甲酚550kg/t、硝酸(100%)860kg/t、三氯硫磷(100%)1240kg/t、甲醇600kg/t。

- 急救治疗:[1]用阿托品1~5mg皮下或静脉注射(按中毒轻重而定) [2]用解磷定0.4-1.2g静脉注射(按中毒轻重而定) [3]禁用吗啡、茶硷、吩噻嗪、利血平。 [4]误服立即引吐 、洗胃、导泻(清醒时才能引吐)。
