急救治疗:[1]用阿托品1～5mg皮下或静脉注射(按中毒轻重而定) [2]用解磷定0.4－1.2g 静脉注射(按中毒轻重而定) [3]禁用吗啡、茶硷、吩噻嗪、利血平。 [4]误服立即引吐、洗胃、导泻(清醒时才能引吐)。

方法一:将O，O-二乙基二硫代磷酸酯和乙硫醇在甲醛水溶液存在下反应而得。将约23%的二乙基二硫代磷酸酯与36%的甲醛水溶液及乙硫醇，按摩尔比1：1.1：1.16配合，连续加入串联的两个反应缸，温度分别控制在50℃和70℃，缩合成甲拌磷，经连续分液得到含量为85-90%的甲拌磷原油，收率85-92%。加工剂型为60%乳油。原料消耗定额：二乙基二硫代磷酸酯900kg/t、乙硫醇350kg/t、甲醛（36%）530kg/t。
中毒症状:急性中毒多在12小时内发病，口服立即发病。轻度：头痛、头昏、恶心、呕吐、多汗、无力、胸闷、视力模糊、胃口不佳等，全血胆碱酯酶活力一般降至正常值的70－50%。中度：除上述症状外还出现轻度呼吸困难、肌肉震颤、瞳孔缩小、精神恍惚、行走不稳、大汗、流涎、腹疼、腹泻。重者还会出现昏迷、抽搐、呼吸困难、口吐白沫、大小便失禁，惊厥，呼吸麻痹。
用途四:该品具有内吸和熏蒸作用，主要用于棉籽拌种、浸种或土壤处理，防治棉花早期蚜虫、红蜘蛛、蓟马等，并可兼治地老虎、蝼蛄、金针虫等地下害虫。
