含氯消毒剂:二氯异氰尿酸钠与漂白粉、三合二、次氯酸钠是我国目前常用的几种含氯消毒剂，含氯消毒剂的消毒能力主要取决于其中所含的有效氯的含量，有效氯的含量越高，消毒能力越强。含氯消毒剂溶于水中形成次氯酸，由之产生杀菌作用。漂白粉与三合二在溶液中形成次氯酸的多少与pH有关，pH越低，次氯酸形成越多。二氯异氰尿酸钠水解常数较高，杀菌能力较大多数其他氯胺类消毒剂为强。与次氯酸盐类消毒剂相比，在低浓度下，二氯异氰尿酸钠作用较慢;在高浓度下，因其溶液可保持弱酸性，所以杀菌效果有时甚至可优于次氯酸盐类。上述含氯消毒剂杀菌谱广，对细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌孢子及细菌芽孢都有杀灭作用。二氯异氰尿酸钠又名优氯净，是氯化异氰尿酸类消毒药之一，同类品种还有氯溴异氰酸、三氯异氰尿酸、二氯异氰尿酸、二氯异氰尿酸钾等。本品及其他氯化异氰尿酸类消毒药杀菌谱较广，对细菌繁殖体、病毒、真菌孢子及细菌芽孢等均有较强的杀灭作用。对各种细菌(如大肠埃希杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等)、病毒(如肝炎病毒)、细菌芽孢(如枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢)及真菌等均有较强的杀灭作用。在有效浓度的作用下，30分钟可杀灭大肠杆菌99.9%以上，5～30分钟可杀灭全部细菌芽孢，5分钟可杀灭全部肝炎病毒。本品还具有破坏乙肝表面抗原的作用。二氯异氰尿酸钠在酸性环境下作用增强，pH越低，作用越强。本品稳定性好，无致癌作用。可用于水、食品厂的加工器具及餐具、食品、车辆、畜禽舍、蚕室、鱼塘、用具等的消毒。
