- 方法一:本品为茶碱与乙二胺的复盐。将茶碱投入混合机,搅拌冷却,用压缩空气喷入新蒸馏过的乙二胺和蒸馏水的混和液,喷毕,继续搅拌10分钟,得氨茶碱。
- 用途一:主要用于支气管哮喘和哮喘型慢性支气管炎,也可用于急性心功能不全、心脏性哮喘及胆绞痛等
- 易溶于水,不溶于乙醇或乙醚,露置空气中逐渐吸收二氧化碳气体而分解或茶碱,微有近臭,味苦。
- 用途二:本品作用、用途与茶碱相同。分子中乙二胺在存在增强了扩张支气管和冠状血管作用。
