- 广泛用作有机合成中间体,可用于制取染料中间体、橡胶促进剂、硝化纤维漆、杀虫剂、催化剂、防腐剂、气相缓蚀剂及燃料抗氧化添加剂等。也用作萃取剂。二环己胺的脂肪酸盐和硫酸盐具有肥皂的去污性能,用于印染和纺织工业。其金属络合物用作油墨、油漆的催化剂。

- 防护措施:本品高毒。具有较强的渗透性臭气,因此,较易被发现。小鼠LD50为2g/kg,大鼠LD50为3.49g/kg。二环己胺可经皮肤吸收,引起皮肤过敏和坏疽,蒸汽可引起恶心和麻醉,但不会引起血液中毒。据报道二环己胺可引起癌症。工作场所空气中最高容许浓度10mg/m3。生产设备应密闭,防止跑、冒、滴、漏。操作现场强制通风,操作人员戴防护用具。
