方法一:电解-复分解法将氯酸钠在溶解槽内加水，通入蒸汽于45～50℃下溶解，使其饱和后加氢氧化钡除去铬酸根等杂质，经过滤，澄清液送去电解，得到高氯酸钠。把高氯酸钠加人反应器中，与加入的氯化铵进行复分解反应，生成高氯酸铵和氯化钠，过滤除去氯化钠，将滤液蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、再精制，再经过滤，滤液经冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥，制得高氯酸铵成品。其 NaC1O3+H2O→NaClO4+H2↑ NaC1O4+NH4C1→NH4ClO4+NaCl
用途一:用作火箭推进剂、炸药配合剂，也可用于制造烟火、人工防冰雹的药剂等
