- 方法一:由叔丁醇在浓硫酸中与过氧化氢反应而得。 将222g(3mol)叔丁醇和140g(1mol)70%的硫酸混合冷却至-2~-8℃。在激烈搅拌下,于90min内滴加入126g(1mol)27%过氧化氢和400g(4mol)浓硫酸,加完后继续搅拌3h。分出油层,用60ml水洗,再用30%氢氧化钠溶液洗除叔丁基过氧化氢,最后用水洗。加硫酸镁干燥,过滤得成品。
- 用途三:用作不饱和聚酯和硅橡胶的交联剂,还用作聚合引发剂。理论活性氧量10.94%,活化能35.4200J/mol,半衰期218h(100℃)、34h(115℃)、0.15h(130℃)。该品与还原剂接触或受冲击会爆炸。闪点18℃,易燃,其蒸气和空气形成爆炸混合物。能刺激眼睛、皮肤和呼吸道。
