- 用途二:该品为农药中间体,可用于生产杀暝松、杀暝晴、1605、甲基1605、甲胺磷和乙酰甲胺磷等。该品具有有机磷农药的毒性,对眼、粘膜及皮肤有刺激性,吸入或经皮肤吸收会引起中毒。小白鼠口服LD50为450mg/kg。
- 方法一:甲基氯化物的合成主要有两条路线。如以三氯硫磷为原料,则又分甲醇钠法、醇碱两步法、水碱一步法及液碱两步法等;若以五硫化二磷为原料,则先与甲醇反应制成二硫代磷酸甲酯,再经氯化而成,氯化剂可用液氯、氯化亚砜、三氯化磷和五氯化磷等。国内工业生产主要采用三氯硫磷路线,过去多采用醇碱两步法和水碱一步法,现在采用的是液碱两步法。 将三氯硫磷先冷却至-7℃,加甲醇反应4h,控制反应温度在0℃以下,产物经水洗即得O-甲基磷酰二氯(简称二氯)。将二氯与甲醇一次投入反应锅,搅拌并冷却至-5℃,滴加工业液碱(30%),控制反应温度在0℃以下,加完后搅拌15min,产物经水洗,静置分出一氯化物,含量>;90%,二氯化物含量<;2%,三甲酯含量<;8%,收率为80%~85%(以三氯硫磷计)。本法克服了醇碱法中固碱来源困难、醇碱配制劳动强度大等缺点,但收率和含量仍偏低。 国外曾有报道,可以得到较高收率、含量的甲基氯化物,如3mol甲醇和1mol三氯硫磷在0~10℃反应,可以几乎以定量的收率和接近100%的纯度得到甲基二氯化物。将反应混合物用水急冷,分出有机相,再用3mol甲醇与1mol甲基二氯化物在有缚酸剂存在下于0~20℃反应,用水稀释后分出有机相,即得纯度为96%以上的甲基氯化物,收率高于95%。 目前国内也有采用五硫化二磷法制备高质量的甲基氯化物。 即以催化法新工艺制得的甲基硫化物为原料,在一定的反应条件下,得到甲基氯化物粗品含量平均为64.69%,收率平均为96.05%。将所得的副产物硫化钠溶液用于精制粗品甲基氯化物,解决了硫磺发黏、结块等关键问题,其中使用助催化剂是本工艺的技术关键。所得精制氯化物为清澈油状物,平均含量为97.89%,平均收率(以硫化物计)为97.87%。回收硫磺为砂状结晶,松散不黏,易于过滤。

- 方法二:由甲醇与三氯硫磷反应生成O-甲基硫代磷酰氯,然后再与甲醇进一步反应而得。将173kg三氯硫磷投入反应锅中,搅拌冷却至-15℃,缓缓加入甲醇,温度控制在-5℃左右,加完161.5kg甲醇后,再搅拌反应10min。将反应物放在0℃的冷水中洗涤、分层,下层为O-甲基硫代磷酰氯(即二氯化物)。按二氯化物量的1.08倍称取固体氢氧化钠,溶解在4倍的重量的甲醇中配成醇碱液。将其冷至-15℃,滴加入二氯化物中,控制温度在-5℃左右。加毕,将料液吸入水洗锅中,加1%的盐酸水洗涤,静置分层,下层即为O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯。
