- 方法一:将丙酮氰醇溶于甲醇,在冷却下通氨至饱和。蒸除甲醇后加入水和氢溴酸,回流反应2h,再减压蒸除氢溴酸。剩余物溶于甲醇,加入吡啶至刚果红中性,将游离子2-氨基异丁酸分离出来,收率30%左右。
