  • 方法一:甲基-2-去氧-D-呋喃核糖苷经对甲苯甲酰化、乙酸-盐酸水解使1位甲氧基被氯取代,再与1-乙酰氧汞-5-氟尿嘧啶缩合,生成物经水解去掉对甲苯甲酰基而得。
  • 用途一:抗肿瘤药。适用于治疗肝癌、胃肠道癌、乳腺癌及头颈部癌。可有骨髓抑制。胃肠道反应和皮肤局部反应等副作用与氟尿嘧啶相似。亦有碱性磷酸酶、血清转氨酶、血清胆红质和乳酸脱氢酶等增高现象。
