- 方法一:将吡啶用过氧化氢氧化,加苯酐成酞酸盐后,用稀盐酸分解制成N-氧化吡啶盐酸盐。N-氧化吡啶盐酸盐经硝化制得N-氧化-4-硝基吡啶。N-氧化-4-硝基吡啶经铁粉还原而得4-氨基吡啶。将1gN-氧化-4-硝基吡啶(熔点159℃)溶于30ml乙酸中,加入2.2g铁粉,反应随即开始,加完后于100%保温1h,放冷。加入约50ml水稀释后,用30%氢氧化钠溶液中和并调成强碱性,用乙醚提取3次,每次100ml。合并乙醚提取液,用无水碳酸钾干燥。蒸除乙醚后,减压蒸馏得4-氨基吡啶粗品。将粗品从苯或甲苯-石油醚混合溶剂中重结晶,可得0.6g白色针状结晶4-氨基吡啶,产率90%。
