  • 方法一:将吡啶用过氧化氢氧化，加苯酐成酞酸盐后，用稀盐酸分解制成N-氧化吡啶盐酸盐。N-氧化吡啶盐酸盐经硝化制得N-氧化-4-硝基吡啶。N-氧化-4-硝基吡啶经铁粉还原而得4-氨基吡啶。将1gN-氧化-4-硝基吡啶（熔点159℃）溶于30ml乙酸中，加入2.2g铁粉，反应随即开始，加完后于100%保温1h，放冷。加入约50ml水稀释后，用30%氢氧化钠溶液中和并调成强碱性，用乙醚提取3次，每次100ml。合并乙醚提取液，用无水碳酸钾干燥。蒸除乙醚后，减压蒸馏得4-氨基吡啶粗品。将粗品从苯或甲苯-石油醚混合溶剂中重结晶，可得0.6g白色针状结晶4-氨基吡啶，产率90%。
