方法一:硫光气是由全氯甲硫醇还原制得。在全氯甲硫醇、四氯乙烷和水的混合物中添加碘化钾，搅拌，于室温下通入二氧化硫，反应中自动升温，调节通气量，保持温度在50～70℃。当反应液温度不再上升、二氧化硫不再明显吸收时停止通气，冷却静置，分取有机层进行分馏，收集76℃以下馏分得硫光气。
