方法二:1.由溴丙烷与硫脲反应而得。将硫脲与溴丙烷的甲醇溶液中回流3h，回收甲醇后，加入稀氢氧化钠溶液再回流6h。然后，慢慢滴加稀硫酸，随时蒸出丙硫醇，当稀硫酸加完后，再继续蒸馏，直至蒸不出油珠为止。收集的油层为粗品，用无水氯化钙干燥，然后精馏，收集沸点66.5-76.5℃馏分即得为成品。2.由卤代丙烷与硫氢化钠作用而得。3.丙醇与硫化氢于300-380℃通过催化反应也可得到丙基硫醇。
