Appearance 本品为半胱氨酸的N-乙酰化衍生物,分子中含有巯基,能使黏蛋白肽键的二硫键(-S-S-)断裂,从而使黏蛋白链变成小分子肽链,降低粘蛋白的黏滞性,因此本品为黏痰、脓性痰、呼吸道黏液的溶解药。 白色结晶性粉末,有类似蒜的气味,味酸。有吸湿性,易溶于水或乙醇,不溶于乙醚、氯仿。在水溶液中呈酸性 (10g/L H2O中pH2-2.75),mp101-107℃。
SolubilitySoluble in water (100 mg/ml) with heating and obtained a clear, colorless solution, 1 in 2 of ethanol, DMSO (≥33 mg/ml) at 25 °C, hot isopropyl alcohol, methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and methanol. Practically insoluble in chloroform, and ether.
