Appearance 无色至白色结晶或结晶性粉末，无水物或含1～12分子的结晶水，无臭。十二水合物熔点73.4℃，相对密度d 1.62。加热至55～65℃成十水物，加热至60～100℃成六水物，加热到100℃以上成为一水物，加热到212℃以上成为无水物。易溶于水(28.3g/100mL)，不溶于乙醇。在干燥空气中易潮解风化，生成磷酸二氢钠和碳酸氢钠。在水中几乎完全分解为磷酸氢二钠和氢氧化钠，1%的水溶液pH值为11.5～12.1。土拨鼠经口LD 50 ＞2g/kg，ADl0～70mg/kg(FAO/WHO，1994)。 20
