- 方法一:金属铝法将铝锭放入密闭的氯化反应炉内,氯气由上顺导管送入炉内,与铝在800~900℃下反应生成三氯化铝,经升华、冷凝,即得无水氯化铝成品。尾气经碱水洗涤后排空。其 2A1+3C12→2AC13 铝氧粉沸腾床法 将一定粒度的铝氧粉和石油焦按一定配比投入焙烧炉中,由炉底部通入空气在800℃下进行焙烧,焙烧后的物料经溢流管加入氯化炉,然后通入氯气和氧气,于950℃在有石油焦还原剂的存在下,铝氧粉与氯气反应,生成氯化铝气相产物,经预冷分离器和预冷塔,将气体中夹带的灰粉和氯化物杂质除去,净化气体冷却至250℃左右,通人夹套水冷捕集器,再经冷却、结晶,制得无水氯化铝成品。其 A12O3+3C+3Cl2→2AlCl3+3CO尾气经烧碱溶液或亚硫酸钠溶液吸收处理后排空。
