- 方法一:由苯胺与苯甲酸反应而得。将干燥的苯甲酸和新蒸过的苯胺在180-190℃反应2h,然后提高温度至225℃。开始时在反应过程蒸出水,随后蒸出苯胺,最后将馏分全部蒸出。将255℃以后蒸出的馏分冷却凝固,磨碎,得紫灰色粗品。粗品用稀盐酸洗涤除去剩余的苯胺,用水洗涤后再加氢氧化钠溶液除去剩余的苯甲酸。最后水洗,过滤,干燥,用乙醇重结晶而得精制的成品。
