- 方法一:其制备方法是以苯酚与三氯化磷为原料,经酯化反应后再经减压蒸馏,即得到产品亚磷酸三苯酯。 3C 6 H 5 OH+PCl 3 [15~20℃]→(C 3 H 5 O) 3 P+3HCl 具体工艺分间歇法和连续法两种。 (1)间歇法 将苯酚加入反应器中,温热熔化后加入三氯化磷,与苯酚在70~90℃开始反应,三氯化磷加完后,反应混合物温度将上升到150℃左右;在高温下减压除去溶解的氯化氢和未反应的苯酚,即得产品。 (2)采用塔式反应器 使苯酚从塔的上部冷凝器下方进入,三氯化磷从塔的下部接受器上方进入。二者在塔中进行反应,产物收集在接受器中,副产物氯化氢经冷凝器上端引入吸收塔。粗酯经蒸馏等处理即得产品。
