- 方法一:将856 kg氯乙醇，664 kg硫化钠依次加入反应釜中，边搅拌边升温至90～95 ℃。反应3 h左右，将物料冷却后用硫酸中和至pH值中性。过滤，再减压蒸馏收集硫代双乙醇馏分，出料包装即为助溶剂 TD。
