方法一:3,4-二羟基-α-甲氨基苯乙酮（即肾上原酮）配制成盐酸盐，在钯类催化下通氢反应。加氢温度为30-35α，压力0.05-0.1MPa，得到的消旋肾上腺素用酒石酸分拆、氢氧化铵中和，得左旋肾上腺素。
