用途一:该品具有新鲜柠檬香气，适于配制花香型、果香型化妆品和皂用香精。
方法一:由柠檬醛与羟胺反应肟化生成柠檬醛肟，再用乙酐为脱色剂转化为柠檬腈。然后经中和洗涤、分层分离、减压蒸馏制得柠檬腈。
