- 理化性质:环己胺又称氨基环己烷、六氢苯胺。无色透明液体。有强烈的鱼腥味和氨气味。易燃。相对分子质量99.18。相对密度0.8191。熔点-17.7℃。沸点 134.5℃、118.9℃(6.67×104Pa)、 102.5℃(4.00×104Pa)、72.0℃ (1.33×104Pa)、56.0℃(6.67×103Pa)、45.1℃ (4.00×103Pa)、41.3℃(3.33×103Pa)、36.4℃ (2.67×103Pa)、30.5℃(1.99×103Pa)、25.0℃ (1.17×103Pa)。折射率1.4372。闪点32℃。燃点265℃。溶于水,能与乙醇、乙醚、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、氯仿、庚烷、苯等一般有机溶剂混溶。环己胺能随水蒸气一起挥发。能吸收空气中的二氧化碳,形成白色结晶的碳酸盐。与水形成共沸物,共沸点96.4℃,含水55.8%。水溶液呈碱性。0.01%浓度的水溶液pH=10.5。其蒸气与空气形成爆炸混合物。本品有毒,刺激皮肤和粘膜,引起坏疽;吸入其蒸气时,有麻醉作用,但不会引起血液中毒。大鼠经口LD50710mg/kg。工作场所最高允许浓度10×10-6。 环己胺与碘化氢于封管中在200℃共热得甲基环戊烷,在乙醚中与硫酸二甲酯共热得甲基环己胺及少量二甲基环己胺,其盐酸盐与亚硝酸钠作用得环己醇,与过量氨及氯化锌反应可得到2-甲基吡啶。 制备方法:可由苯胺在高温、高压下进行催化(镍或钴)还原而制得环己胺成品;也可由苯酚经催化还原得到的环己醇、环己酮为原料,再与氨进行胺化而制得。工业上环己胺主要用作橡胶的噻唑类硫化促进剂,也可用作清罐剂、染色助剂和表
