- 方法一:由对氯苯磺酰胺与丁酰胺反应而得对氯苯磺酰丙脲钠盐。再用盐酸酸化、精制而得成品。另一种方法是以对氯苯磺酰胺、异氰酸丙酯、三乙胺为原料。
- 用途一:磺脲类口服降血糖药。作用强而持久,主要选择性地作用于胰岛-β-细胞,促进胰岛的分泌,使血糖降低。用于糖尿病。氯磺丙脲具有比较大的副作用,所以该药的使用量有逐年减少的趋势。
