- 除虫菊酯中毒:除虫菊为菊科植物白花除虫菊的干燥花序,约含1%除虫菊酯,具有杀虫药效好、击倒快、低毒等优点。近年来人工合成除虫菊酯类似物,具有杀虫谱广、对人畜毒性较低、环境残留较少等优点,故称其为拟除虫菊酯类杀虫药。本类杀虫药均属神经毒剂。目前市售实用产品有20余种,我国主要应用溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯等,均属口服吸收毒性较大的中等毒性产品。本类杀虫药中多含除虫菊酯增效剂 (P-450细胞色素抑制剂)。家庭用杀虫剂为除虫菊酯类药与其他成分的混合物。除虫菊酯虽为低毒杀虫剂,但与其他杀虫剂,如灭虫菊、普鲁本辛酚等合用,可明显增强其毒性,或延长药物的半衰期。本类杀虫剂吸入毒性强。 中毒机理:除虫菊酯可使机体神经细胞膜发生轻度去极化,增加复后电位,导致重复性后放电,影响Na+、K+通道,阻断运动电位而致发中毒。除虫菊酯增效剂能抑制和延缓除虫菊酯在机体内的代谢,增强其毒性和延长体内药物作用时间而提高药效。

- 杀虫剂:除虫菊酯是制备蚊虫香的主要原料,为菊科多年生草本植物除虫菊内所含的杀虫有效成分。主要有除虫菊酯Ⅰ和除虫菊酯Ⅱ,另外还有少量结构近似的瓜叶除虫菊酯Ⅰ、瓜叶除虫菊酯Ⅱ等。目前已人工合成多种与天然除虫菊酯类似的化合物用作杀虫剂,统称为拟除虫菊酯。除虫菊酯为黄色粘稠油状液体,有清香气味。不溶于水,可溶于多种有机溶剂。不稳定,遇碱分解失效,在强光或高温下也分解失效。主要剂型有粉剂、乳油、气雾剂、油剂、蚊香等。有强力触杀作用,杀虫谱广。残效期短。主要用于防治卫生害虫、家畜害虫等。对人畜非常安全,对植物无药害、无残留,不污染农产品和环境的植物源农药。对温血动物安全。对昆虫的毒力强度,以除虫菊酯Ⅰ最强,瓜叶除虫菊酯1次之,除虫菊酯Ⅱ再次之,瓜叶除虫菊酯Ⅱ最弱。FAO/WHO建议日容许摄入量为0.04mg/kg体重 (包括其它除虫菊酯)。大鼠口服1500mg/kg。食品中最高容许浓度:瑞典规定水果和蔬菜为1.0mg/kg(包括除虫菊酯Ⅰ);FAO/WHO建议鱼(干)、未加工谷类为3mg/kg,干果、干蔬菜、鲜果和鲜蔬菜、花生米、核果为1mg/kg(包括其他除虫菊酯)。 图1为除虫菊素主要成分除虫菊酯Ⅰ和除虫菊酯Ⅱ的化学结构式 以上信息由Chemicalbook的晓楠编辑整理。

- 除虫菊酯和拟除虫菊酯:除虫菊酯是干菊花的提取物,因为其在热和光条件下还是很稳定,所以主要被用于室内杀虫剂。一些杀灭头虱的洗发水也含有除虫菊酯。拟除虫菊酯是在除虫菊酯结构和生物活性基础上人工合成的,其稳定性得到了增加,主要分成类型Ⅰ和类型Ⅱ,类型Ⅱ的毒性大于类型Ⅰ。合成除虫菊酯在农业以及园艺上主要用于杀灭建筑害虫 (如白蚁)、虱子和跳蚤。除虫菊酯及合成除虫菊酯可以迅速渗透至害虫体内,使其瘫痪。氯菊酯是研究较早的一种不含氰基结构的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,是菊酯类农药中第1个出现适用于防治农业害虫的光稳定性杀虫剂。
