- 方法二:1.三溴甲烷法 先用三氧化二砷和液碱反应,配制亚砷酸钠液,将亚砷酸钠液加热至65℃,在搅拌下徐徐加入溴仿,全部加完后继续搅拌回流4h,使反应完全,将反应物倾入5-6倍水中,吸出油状物,进行分馏。再用水洗至中性,用氯化钙脱水、精馏,得产品。原料消耗定额:溴仿8300kg/t、三氧化二砷1200kg/t、40%液碱16500kg/t。2.二氯甲烷法 在工业上尚有将无水CH2Cl2在无水AlBr3催化下与HBr反应制取,同时还产生氯溴甲烷。3.溴氯甲烷溴化氢法。
