生产方法:环戊二烯用氯气氯化，在40-60℃得到四氯环戊烷，进一步加热、通氯，得到多氯环戊烷，将其在汽化釜中气化后与氯气在500-560℃氯解得到六氯环戊二烯。六氯环戊二烯在55℃左右与环戊二烯反应生成氯啶，然后在80℃左右通氯，就得到氯丹。
