方法二:由间甲酚与二甲基二硫反应制备中间体对甲硫基间甲酚，再与O，O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯反应得到倍硫磷。1.对甲硫基间甲酚的制备将间甲酚(或混甲酚)、二甲基二硫按2：1(重量比)配料，加入反应锅，搅拌冷却至10-15℃，开始滴加浓硫酸。在1h左右滴完（用量与二甲基二硫等重量），在10-15℃继续反应3h。静置分层，弃去下层废酸。有机层用10%碳酸钠溶液中和，再用水洗涤于pH7-8。减压蒸馏回收未反应的二甲基二硫和甲酚，所剩物料即中间体对甲硫基间甲酚。2.倍硫磷的制备将20%的氢氧化钠溶液加入反应锅，搅拌冷却至25℃以下，投入上述制备的中间体，然后在10-20℃均匀滴加O,O-二甲基硫代磷酰氯，约30-40min滴完，三种物料的投料量按摩尔比为1.3：1：1.2。缓缓升温到60℃，保温2h，反应过程中检查pH变化情况，当pH＜9时，应补加氢氧化钠溶液。反应结束后，降温至45℃，加氢氧化钠溶液洗涤，再用水洗涤，静置分层。取下层有机层减压脱水，冷却，过滤，得倍硫磷原油，含量90%，收率90%。原料消耗定额：三氯化磷（97%）1030kg/t、甲醇（99%）900kg/t、混甲酚（50%）1150kg/t、硫磺粉（95%）280kg/t、硫化钠（52%）1240kg/t、硫酸二甲酯（96%）920kg/t。

中毒症状:急性中毒多在12小时内发病，口服立即发病。轻度：头痛、头昏、恶心、呕吐、多汗、无力、胸闷、视力模糊、胃口不佳等，全血胆碱酯酶活力一般降至正常值的70－50% 中度：除上述症状外还出现轻度呼吸困难、肌肉震颤、瞳孔缩小、精神恍惚、行走不稳、大汗、流涎、腹疼、腹泻。重者还会出现昏迷、抽搐、呼吸困难、口吐白沫、大小便失禁，惊厥，呼吸麻痹。
